Bring Scotland's Trains Back In To Public Ownership

We have been working with the TSSA trade union to develop the policy case for bringing ScotRail back into public ownership and published a report explaining how to do it in November 2017.

We have met government minsters to discuss this report and have produced materials to try and persuade decision-makers.

This campaign is on-going and we intend to increase the pressure on decision-makers until Scottish rail passengers are no longer feeding the profits of big companies.

Going forward, we would like to expand our work to better integrate all forms of public transport across Scotland with the eventual goal of bringing all transport options into full public ownership.
