You can download the episode directly here.

This week, Craig Dalzell is joined by Keith Baker, an energy poverty researcher at Glasgow Caledonian University and a member of Common Weal’s Energy Working Group. They discuss Energy Performance Certificates – the framework by which building energy efficiency is measured in Scotland. Keith explains how EPCs work, the flaws in the models they use to generate their scores and what can be done to improve them.

You can read the paper written by Keith and Ron Mould on EPCs here.
