Every aspect of the creation of this scarf makes us happy. They are made from 100 % GOTS certified organic cotton jersey, sourced from Welsh family-owned The Organic Textile Company who besides making beautiful sustainable fabrics run a charity called “Loom” in support of weavers in Kerala, India and who work directly with the families who weave their fabrics to ensure fair pay and support to their small cooperative businesses. Once we sourced the fabric, we had it cut into our lovely 2.3m super long scarves and hand-printed by lovely independent crafters and artists right here in Scotland.
